I bought two of these shoes for my girls for Christmas. One pair was perfect, the other looked all scuffed up and had a weird sheen to it. Not sure if they were used and returned, but it seemed like it. By the time I noticed it, I was wrapping them for Christmas so there was no time to send them back, my daughter loves them and hasn’t noticed so idk. But if that’s something that bothers you, just be aware that that happens.
