Go up a size. My grandson loves these boots. They light up when he walks. Easy for him to put on himself

I measured my son's foot and it was exactly 5.5 inches. I ordered the 4T based on the size chart, but they were too small. Returned those and ordered the next size up, because they were super cute and seemed to be of good quality.
