DO NOT, I REPEAT, DO NOT buy these rain boots. I purchased in March & by September, my sons rainboots started falling apart. I contacted customer service (no phone number)by chat message, then had to email the company. They refused to replace my sons boots. They do not honor there own guarantee, which states," if your child's LONE CONE item fails to function as intended within one year of purchase, simply contact us for a hassle-free replacement." I will never buy from LONE CONE again. They did not make good on there guarantee!
