it isn’t too large and cumbersome. I love it when I am sitting on the couch. Even when I put the recliner up for my feet and the back goes down it is still in the perfect place to give my back support. Don’t be in shock when you see it come rolled up. Once I opened it and left it for a little while it was fully formed and sturdy, not soft.

Bought this for travel when my injury was at its worst (iykyk). It saved me! Used it during 13 hr flights. The injured area ended up feeling better than it was pre-flight because I managed not to sit on it for a length of time. No backaches or other from prolonged sitting. It’s very comfortable and surprisingly easy to travel with. I’ve been using it at the office since. unfortunately, because of the cushion on the chair itself I have been experiencing some lower back aches with the donut.

Been using this for a few weeks now. It is robust and comfortable. Bought the version with the gel and it definitely feels cool on my back. It came rolled and vacuum packed and I honestly did not believe it would expand into the right shape, but it did. I left it overnight. Straps keep it in place on my desk chair. Happy with this purchase.

These are surprisingly comfortable. They come in right rolls which once unwrapped and left for an hour or so become firm, solid, amazingly comfy.

This product works as it should. It cures my tailbone pain but as far as being comfortable it is not. It is good for an office chair but not so much for a couch or recliner.

Great lumbar support pillow, best design with washable fabric and looks elegantI have a throughout review of your product and compare with 3 others companies. Noticed that the differences of your product is the temperature control (when weather is cold, will be firmer. when weather is warmth, will be softer according to your product specification) and the material. The cover of the lumbar support pillow is easy to maintain, breathable material in the middle section covering large part of the back area; and the side of the lumbar pillow is using velvet which looks elegant. Quite firm in supporting the back area but not hard like a solid rock which is important.

I’m 32 years olde. Slipped my lower lumber and 2 disc in my top back... bought this just for a bit of comfort and support while in a upright chair... ended up using it the whole way back to full health (well, ish). It’s great for when your back in the driving seat too. My wife fell pregnant and it became a good foot rest when her feet started to swell... she ended up getting back pains and so we used it for her back... ended up buying another one so she had one for her feet and one for her back!

I bought this back support pillow for my office chair. If you have a back problem, or even if you don't, this cushion is great. I liked it so well that I bought a second one to use with my recliner. My son-in-law tried it out and wanted one so I bought it for him as a present. It keeps it's shape even after a lot of use and provides just enough firmness, give, and support to be really comfortable.

I work from home 4 days a week and my desk chair is great except it lacks lumbar support which caused terrible lower back pain. This pillow is the perfect balance of firm but soft, supportive but comfortable. The fabric isn’t scratchy like other support pillows. And the cooling gel truly keeps my back from getting too hot. Please give this a try!

I purchased this product to use in a chair and in the car. It helps support my back and my pain is less even after sitting for longer periods of time. When I first got it there was an odor but I washed the cover and let it air for a couple of days and the odor went away. I would recommend this for anyone looking for additional back support. It is nice that it has straps so you can attach it to a chair and then actually slide it up or down depending on where you need the extra support.
