Bought one like this last year because the copper one was completely out of stock everywhere. I got exactly 1 year out of it before it quit. Lets hope I get another year about of this one.Some advice,IF you can find a copper one or even an OEM Rheem brand then Spend the extra $20-$35 to get 5 years out of the element.Please don't just plop the new one in without properly extracting and flushing the sediment from tank.Best way is to use a shop vac with a small clear hose attached to it. Works every time.
