Carbon Block (CTO) Filter
Removes small particles and fine carbon dust that may come from the second stage & also removes 100% of chlorine from water.
Iron Manganese Water Filter
The Max Water Iron manganese media, used for removing soluble iron (Fe) and/or manganese (Mg) as well as hydrogen sulfide (H2S) from well water supplies, it is a purple-black filter media processed from ceramic zeolite granule. Iron manganese media can be used in a completely closed pressure system with no aeration or re-pumping, or in an open gravity filter system.
Polypropylene Sediment Filter
The Max Water sediment filter cartridge removes finer particles from the inflowing water than our standard filter and can be used as a standalone filter or as part a multi-stage filtration system.

Bought this filter unit. To replace a very old existing filter. Installed according to instructions. Turned water on slowly. Had a leak. Thought it was housing. Looked closer it was leaking between the heads. From the plastic fittings they use. Took it apart. And realized that the plastic fitting were striped from factory. I will not be recommending this product to anyone. Or buy it ever again. It has so e of the worst build design for a filter I have ever seen. I would rate it less then one star if I could.

DEFECTED THREADS!!!!!THREADS ON THE OUTLET SIDE WILL NOT ACCEPT A FITTING.WITH OR WITHOUT TEFLONWITH OR WITHOUT LIQUID THREADNot having enough time to wait and waste on the unresponsive seller. I've heated up the brass fitting and attempted to melt in my own set of threads. We shall see how this works.If I have to repair a brand new defected item, I should receive some sort of compensation. SHOULDNT BE HAVING ISSUES OUT OF A PART THAT COST ME OVER $100

I bought Max Water filter system 6 years ago. The package did not have any documentation of installation, service support was not available by phone and email. Filter RO leaked for 6 years. I used Teflon Tape but it did not help, a metal hug RO is full of rust and damaged now. Not a reliable company, I will never buy RO at MAX Water company again.

Worked for less than half an hour before the filters wouldn't let water through. The water that did come out still tasted like chlorinated city water.

L'installation se fait bien.Le prix est correct, du moins je pensais.Mais inutile! Mon niveau de manganèse et fer est au même niveau avant et après l'installation ! De plus, mon niveau de tanins reste le même malgré le filtre au charbon actif.J'ai retiré le filtre à manganèse parce que malgré énormément de flush et de gallons d'eau, il avait toujours des particules brunes dans mon eau. Maintenant qu'il est retiré, l'eau est à nouveau claire.
