Submersible Water Pump, very light, with 16.4 Ft long wire and cord. The main housing is hard plastic, very light, easy to carry and store. It comes with a conversion connector, which can be applied to a garden hose.It has a strong power of 3100GPH (Gallons per Hour) and a fast drainage speed. With an automatic stop function, once the sump pump is plugged in, it will automatically start when the water level is above 4 inches, and it will shut down when it reaches the stop water level of 2 inches. When I bought a house, I found that some houses had flooded basements, and I realized that it was important to have a water pump at home. This water pump will automatically stop after draining, has a fast drainage speed, and can use a garden hose at home. It is a good choice.

This pump is larger and more powerful than I expected, with a very rugged plastic housing. I appreciate the included hose adapters, but the pump really shines when I attached a fitting the same diameter as the threaded nipple on the pump. I was skeptical of the claims of 3100 gph, but fooling around with a tub full of water and some 5 gallon pails showed me the number is close to accurate. We have a cistern on the farm, and this is going to speed up offloading, as well as being great for pool season.

Absolutely unreliable! Quit working after 10 minutes. Don't waste your time, don't buy this pump.

Good strong pump which I will use in an emergency in my house but during the summer I use it to empty the swimming pool and water the garden with the water! I mean we have an inflatable pool and it fills up with about 300 to 400 L of water so instead of just dumping it out now I just pump it out with this thing! It pumps enough water that you would be really excited to have it if you ever had a flood situation in your home. It needs to outline what size tubing that's needed to attach to the top so that you may expel the water

I needed something to help empty my hot tub in the winter. I sprung a leak, and needed to drain it fast before it froze, this was the answer. The whole process took about 45 minutes with a standard hose connected to drain my tup of 1200L of water.Pros:1. Auto or manual function very handy, it turned on when it hit the water, and off when it got to the bottom bit2. Good suction, much better then my old 1/2 unit3. Great grab handle make it easy to move around4. Different hose sizes means I can use this for my pool in the fall to drop the water level at a great rate of speed5. Well made, everything is well put together and through out, no sharp edges or hard to screw on piecesCons. None so far, it pumps very fast and does the job wellOver all, I am very pleased, this allowed me to drain my system quickly to avoid more holes in lines. I look forward to years of use from it.

This pump is quite capable of moving a lot of water. It has two modes to choose from; automatic and manual. In automatic mode, the pump starts as soon as I plug it in and will pump until the water level reaches two inches and then shut down. This acts more like a sump pump, which is fine if you don't need to remove all the water. In manual mode, it will remove water down to half an inch. This is better for situations where most of the water needs to be removed. This also requires someone to stay at the pump and unplug it when the water level is down to that half inch to avoid having the pump burn out from lack of water. Overall, it's a decent pump but does require attention in manual mode. Perhaps some features could be built-in in future builds to protect the pump from burning itself out when left plugged in. Not the best pump out there, but better than nothing.

I have a small pond that I have made in my backyard and every spring I need to drain it to clean it for the new season. I have been using an old pump that is in rough shape and needed something to help me drain the pond. I saw this submersible pump and thought it would be perfect for draining my pond. The pump arrived very well packaged. It comes with adapters to adjust the outlet size, a user manual, and a string for tying to the pump so you can easily retrieve it when you are done. It comes with a very heavy-duty power cable that is 16.4 feet in length. This allows you to use this without having to use an extension cord. The pump is very easy to use.It has one switch on it that can be set to automatic or manual. On automatic mode, the pump will be powered as soon as you plug it in and will start to pump as soon as the water level reaches 4 inches. It will then pump out the water until it gets to 2 inches. If you want to pump even more water, the manual mode will turn the pump on as soon as it's plugged in and will pump until the water level is about ½ an inch. This is the method that I will use.It is so nice having a pump that is submersible since I was always worried about my old pump falling into the pond and creating a dangerous situation. This pump is very solid but it is also not overly heavy and can be lifted easily.I am very happy with this pump. It is perfect for draining my garden pond but would also be great for draining a pool or using it in a home where a sump pump is needed.I do recommend this. The price is very reasonable and good value for your money.
