All good, and the tail pipe is 1 1/4 inches, some are slimmer, watch for that amongst the others. Use pipe thread sealer on the bowl before dropping in the drain and on the thread where the nut goes. Tighten firmly but without distorting the silicon washers. I have had no problem with it at all, very pleased.

This is NOT for a vessel sink, despite the title. It has drainage holes on the side that absolutely will not work with a vessel sink. Waste of time and a lot of effort, I'd leave -5 if I could.

I had forgotten to buy a drain at the same time as I bought the Faucet and I had the contractor here only a couple days to do the Reno. I ordered the drain and it came very quickly and the contractor installed it. No problem the pop-up works fantastic and the way I thought the plug looked too large for my sink initially once installed, it looks amazing and unique.

This was super easy to install. It has a long neck so no extra pieces needed (unlike the one I replaced). Fits well (don't over-tighten or it'll leak!), and the little basket underneath is great. I'll be getting one for my basement sink as well!

The drain stopper was very easy to install. The chrome stopper is much larger than the original. Very easy to use stopper and very easy to remove to clean the basket. The basket does block the air holes resulting in water back up. If the stopper is removed it drains quickly.

The build quality is really good. None of that cheap thin tin type of material that is used in much cheaper priced product. The catch basket is made of solid brass so, there will be no rusting or, corrosion of that metal. The main drain pipe looks to be made out of a high quality thick stainless steel, which will not rust out or, become all corroded. Actually, the twenty eight dollars price tag I paid for it, is quite reasonable because, this drain is more like a heavy duty, commercial grade construction, and will endure many years of repeated use. I very much really like the look of it, and the very good function of it. I would highly recommend people who require very high quality form, and function of such products. Go ahead with purchasing this drain kit. It installs very easily, and is very easy to use with the push down on the drain cap, and the additional push down to release the drain cap. Easy to lift out of the drain for easy clearing of the catch basket.

Excellent quality. Feels solid and well made, and heavier than what you will find at the big box store. Only caveat is that the drain cover appears to be quite flush in the pictures, but in reality it sticks out quite a bit. Doesn't look bad or anything, just different. The standard popup drain fits in the drain hole, this one covers the drain hole, like an umbrella. It will take getting used to. Five stars for quality.
