Work great. Purchased for myself and two friends as a gift. Sensor is very sensitive for movement which is great. turns off when overhead light turns on. Works as expected. Fantastic for when nature calls middle of the night and you don't want to turn the lights on and do your business half asleep. Provides enough light from bowl to wash hands too.

Bought two for both bathrooms. They work great. Once the bathroom door is open, the motion sensor is activated and the toilet lights up. I like the colour ranges. I think it would be better if the light guide was longer to fit over the bowl. It sometimes falls off. It is cool. Don't need to turn the bathroom light on for those trips in the middle of the night. Would recommend.

This is easy to install and adds a light glow when toilet lid is closed, but add just enough light when using the bathroom at night thay you arenât blinded but can see what you need to do in there. Itâs motion activated so no searching for buttons. Good price and a variety of coloured lights.

Works well as advertised - but eats batteries quickly. I had one of these items from a different manufacturer and the batteries lasted so long that I don't remember how often that I replaced them. This model uses batteries in two weeks or less.UPDATE! The Seller has offered me a refund - which I'll not accept. This light has much greater sensitivity than the previously used device and hence, turned on more frequently. Merely walking past the bathroom door could turn it on - even in the daytime. That's what accounts for high battery use! Solution: Put it on the bowl at bedtime, put it away in the morning! Upgrade to 5 star, for both Seller and the light.

I just recently started using this item so I cannot yet speak to it's durability however it is currently working pretty well. I used to have a toilet light from Walmart (Feist brand) so I'll compare this one to that. This light has great motion detection and brightness (a little brighter than the Feist brand). One thing I notice is that it doesn't turn off in the daytime as easily as my former light. My toilet is in a somewhat shaded area in the bathroom and it isn't always bright enough for the light to not activate during the day. That's not really a pro/con but just an observation. What I really like compared to my former light is that this one stays in place on the toilet rim sooo much better. I have not had to fidget with it once so far. I will have to wait and see how long this lasts as well as battery life but it's also only $8 for a 2 pack so, as of now I can certainly recommend.Update: My two pack lasted from May 22 until then end of November so they are good for a few months a piece. During the time they work, they work great but eventually the led light fails. I'd like longer durability but for only $7 it's still a good purchase. I just bought another 2 pack.

First one I tried light flashed on for about 1 sec and would not turn on( even in a very dark room)The other one using the same new batteries turned on and slowly cycled the colours. Pressing the button when the colour was "blue". It seemed to stay blue. I didn't give them long term testing as I am returning them.

We've been running these on toilets for the better part of a decade, and as they get older and beat up we replace them. We moved a few months ago and got brand new ones, but we noticed that instead of 2 to 3 months of operation off a set of batteries, we were getting more like 3 weeks. It takes three aaa's instead of two double a's, which is the main difference between this and our previous ones. I've since moved it to the rear wall side of the toilet so that it only gets triggered when we sit down and wave a hand in front, and hopefully that will extend the battery life. Other than that, good quality and very bright.
