It says it's sharpened. It is sharp enough for butter, thats it. But the price is right. I can sharpen it. Just annoying when they lie in the description.

I'm happy with the length and size as well as sturdiness. It comes sharp enough to cut weeds but not exactly sharp enough to cut down tree branches. Guess they wanted to decrease the chances of someone getting hurt by accident. I'm happy with the purchase.
