This is the second one I have bought for my daughter. The first one lasted years and when it was finished we decided we missed it and replaced with identical. It has different tones of light and various intensities and is rechargeable and lasts the entire night and longer un plugged. We love it

This is such a great gift for a little kid. Super realistic, dimmable, the colours are cool, they get to play with a remote, easy to set up, a cool thing to have around anyway once they are bigger, affordable. My son's eyes lit up.

At first, I was not too concerned about the fact that the battery was non-functionable since I could easily leave it plugged in and it looked pretty cool.I also didn't mind too much that it ALWAYS lit up in the yellowish mode, even though I preferred the grey mode, and I could even live with the fact that it was almost impossible to consistently control the brightness.But finally after days and days and days of fighting with it just to get it to stay on even when plugged in, I'm about ready to use it as a baseball. It just got worse and worse over time (like, less than 2 weeks), and I'm done with it. Save your money, buy something else.

Two light shades, yellow and white. I use it as a night light for my kids and it's perfect. A lot brighter than any wall plug in night light. Sometimes they sleep with it in their bed.I thought I might be a soft rubber texture when I bought it, but it's not. Its a hard plastic. Very durable. It's been dropped a few times and it holds up.Battery life is low. On full charge it's out in the morning, so less than 8 hours. I'd guess it's five or six hours. Would be nice to have a better docking station to charge. The change light is bright blue so it could still work as a night light while changing.
