Have used on multiday hiking trips in BC mountains during the summer-fall. Does make sleeping bag a touch warmer (didn't get it for warmth), and I liked the feel and stretch of it. Easy to wash and keeps bag clean. If hot can use it as a sleeping bag. Little annoying getting in and out of it when its in the bag, and it shifts a bit, but no more so than any other similar shaped sleeping bag liner. Keeps my down sleeping bag cleaner, and I found it helped me not to 'feel clamy' due to the material my sleeping bag is made of, and that also helped with warmth and my sleeping better. Really does stretch and very comfortable. Is quite light too. Worth the cost, and a good economical choice compared to other options.

Easy to pack away and has been washed many times now, has kept its shape and looks new still. I would buy it again

I purchased a lightweight quilt for backpacking and was still quite cold when I tested it for my Appalachian Trail thru-hike. I did not want to spent 70$ on a name-brand sleeping bag liner and was really pleased with the performance. This added around 10 degrees warmth to my sleep system and the fabric is really soft. It also has kept my sleeping bag much cleaner.

I have to begin by saying that, despite the three star rating, I love this sleeping bag liner. It doesn't add much in the way of warmth, but it is super soft and comfortable, and I appreciate the high-degree of stretch. This feels much nicer against skin than my sleeping bag does.So Dave — you may be wondering — if it's so great, why the three star rating? Well, I'm docking points for a few reasons:* The Amazon product page and the product's outer packaging both claim this is machine washable, but the liner's care instructions tag clearly says hand wash only.* In addition to the care tag sewn into the inside seam, there are two more rigid tags sewn to the outside seam, and they don't look to be very easy to remove without damaging the seam. They definitely detract from the comfort.* This liner has extra height on the bottom, kind of like a hood. But it is functionally useless because it doesn't actually have a hood/pocket shape. I find that actually makes it kind of awkward to use in a hooded sleeping bag.* $40 is fairly steep markup for a couple dollars worth of fabric. Granted, most other sleeping bag liners on Amazon seem to be in the same price range, and this product is much nicer than the $15-25 options from other retailers. But given the simplicity and markup, I think I'll buy some fabric and make my own liners, using this one as a template. Finally, here are a few tips:* Turn it inside out, so the seams are on the outside. Not that the seams are particularly uncomfortable or anything, I just think this makes it even more comfortable.* Even though the care tag says hand wash only, I did wash it in a front-loading machine. If you do so, especially if you wash it with other items, I recommend washing it inside of a linen/laundry bag to prevent damage from getting tangled up or damaged by zippers/hooks/etc.* I also recommend occasionally washing (machine or by hand) with Nikwax Basewash or a similar product. Synthetic fibres like this have a habit of holding on to oils/odors over time, and the Basewash is great for refreshing items. It will also help improve the moisture wicking to keep you dry and comfortable while you sleep.

I’ve never used a sleeping liner. This is my first. I mostly like it. The only reason I’m not loving it is because of the way you get into it. There’s no side opening. So…..However. There were many nights that I slept in this only. And EVERY night I started in it alone and just unzipped my mummy bag and kept it open overtop of me if I needed more warmth through the night.I’m glad I have a liner. I wouldn’t use a bag without one now. I am happy with this purchase. It’s a good addition to my sleep system.

I am tall, 6'1" and this is tall enough. It has a lot of stretch, like a sturdier pantyhose material. I bought it for hot weather camping in guatemala, and it worked very well. Also great for hostel use.

This stretchy liner is really nice, soft, comfortable, and will add at least a 10 degree rating to your sleeping bag. I purposely bought a lightweight sleeping bag (-9) with the full intention of running a liner with the bag. This liner is perfect and it's even mummy-bag shaped. It also serves the purpose of being a sacrificial layer inside your bag so in a long term survival or bugout situation, you can then wash the liner itself and your bag will stay fresh a lot longer. Enjoy

I've been using a cocoon brand liner for years made of cotton I got at REI and it works well, but it takes up a little more space than I would like, so I decided to get two of these. Ironically, they shipped them separately.Anyway, I think these will be nice. I can 't say how much temperature rating it will add to a bad, but 5-10 degrees seems reasonable based on my previous experiences. These are very flexible and actually comfortable. Some liners fill a little bunchy and akward at times.I like this is more like a sock to alleviate drafts. Sometimes things can be rated higher for warms, but gaps let in enough cool air it kind of voids the extra warmth. I could see a portly person or elderly person or someone will low flexibility having issues getting in and out, but for the average person, you shouldn't have much issue as it isn't clingy and it is quite flexible. It also has a please touch on the skin
