Tips:
What are the 5 small icons on the main interface of the mirror dash cam?
1、Recording: click it to start recording video. (The recording dot on the top left is red)
2、Photo: Tap it to start taking photos.
3、Lock: Tap it to start recording the locked video (the recording dot on the upper left is yellow) - this part of the video will be stored separately in the locked folder. Irrelevant videos need to be deleted manually, otherwise they will remain in the folder.
4、Playback：Tap to view the video/picture that has been recorded by the front and rear cameras.
5、Settings: Tap it to choose the resolution of the front camera, Loop Recording, Record Audio, G-sensor, Date Stamp (12/24 hour setting), Back Camera Mirror.
6、Settings:Tap in to set Screen Saver, Summer Time, Wi-Fi App connection method, etc.

Bought this november 25 2024 installed it december 10, 2 month later feb10 rear camera stopped working which was the only reason i bought it so i decided to buy another reverse camera and attach it to it to save the hassle of diagnosing thr wiring and still didnt work . Not sure what the problem is and for that 0 stars unless i am missing something

I purchased a Jansite dashcam/backup camera. Installed it but backup cam cord was too short. Contacted seller and they replaced it with a longer one. Great service and seller.

Had it installed by a Stereo installer in 1 hour, the camera for the rear is through the rear window in a Toyota Sienna so the image on a cloudy day is dark but still legible. Would be better with an adjustment for this issue. The stereo camera on the outside for reversing is a better image.

The picture quality is good. I don't like that I can't adjust the brightness. I like that it uses USB type-c for charging. I don't get quite as wide of an angle on the rear view because of the shape of the screen. My older rectangular shaped one has a wider view on the top part right of the screen, which makes a big difference when backing out of angle parking onto the street in a van with no windows in the back.

So far I am quite happy with this dashcam. This has a good combination of features and the quality of image is up there with more pricey dashcams. I am a little confused about the option to flip the rear camera screen horizontally for no good reason, and no way to flip it vertically in order to install the rear camera in upper or lower locations. That was not a deal breaker though, so quite happy with it so far. Night vision is very good making this a great rear view mirror. I have not tried the app yet for downloads, but will update when I try that.[UPDATE] There appears to be an issue that I cannot resolve. The dashcam will not start on rear view image. When I start the car, it is random which camera is displayed, and that is actually quite annoying. I am hoping there is an update to the software because I really do like the features of the camera. It could use higher resolution rear camera but 1024 is not a deal breaker for the price. To be honest, I would pay double if this camera had higher res (2.5 k) rear view, if the rear camera had a flip vertical so you could install it on bottom of window or on top, and if the software glitch was fixed. I hope to see that next year. In the mean time, I am hoping to see a software update made available ASAP because the rear view mirror function flipping to front camera could be dangerous.

The instructions mention that the camera has a mirror mode. This might be what’s happening. When i back up the mirror shows what is on my left…on the right in the video. I cannot find any instructions on how to change it. This is not only so frustrating but it also makes backing up almost impossible.Figured it out.No specific instructions in the manual. The app is fairly close to useless. However, the mirror itself has a menu and there is a “mirror” toggle switch.
