I'm not tiny, but I'm not huge either, this is a small rig, beware. Quality is decent and nice kit overall for the price, just know it's not going to cover like a vest.

This product was well made and a good value for the price. It would work well for airsoft, COS play or Halloween. This item would work best for persons sized Large or smaller. Folks who normally wear XL or larger will not find enough adjustment with this item. Longer cummerbunds or Velcro on the back would make this item adjustable for more users.

I purchased this as a cheap weighted vest. It fits a standard 5.11 plate, though I made my own.The only fit problem I have with this is that the shoulders are WAY too wide. I'm 6'2" with broad shoulders. This thing is barely hugging the outside of my delts - even when fully tightened. I doubt this would properly fit anyone smaller than me. When I say "properly fit", I mean holding a plate above your heart/lungs. It will sink lower towards the abdomen.So far, this vest seems appropriate to use as a bodyweight+ workout vest. I do not think this vest would hold up to any kind of rigorous plate-carrying duty, though.For ~40$, I think is a good product. If you want something you can beat up, spend the money to get something better.

bought it to add some weighted plates and go running with it, but the quality is so bad that if I put a plate, the fabrics will tear down.

Material was slightly less quality than expected, however still happy with purchase. Fits standard Eva plates but is a snug fit, molle webbing seems to be of good quality, velcro seems lacking in quality but nothing a sewing machine won't fix
