I love the bright colors in my classroom. The drawers were also easy to assemble but I was missing a blue drawer in the shipment.

GREAT drawers with vibrant colors! I ended up buying the 6 shelf high blue cardboard organizer for this to fit into for a math center in my classroom. It holds games, game pieces, cards, etc. The drawers are pretty sturdy for colored cardboard & I am considering adding a drawer pull of some kind because I foresee issues with the present cut out intended for pulling out the drawer. It's gotten stuck a couple of times on the sides or at the back so I had to wiggle it out (finesse not brute force, right?) & put clear, smooth packing tape along the edges for easier sliding in & out. We'll see how long it holds up with regular usage...

I hate mail. I hate papers. I hate bills & anything else that needs to be filed & kept just in case. The way I deal with these is a box - a big box/bin that I put everything in & once it's full I deal with sorting it all out & putting it in its proper place. Well the past few years have been crazy busy - so that big box became 2.5 big bins - meaning I had a huge task of sorting it out finally & needed some sort of system to do it (instead of just the floor space - since then my dogs come running it & everything gets stepped on & moved around). These were PERFECT for that - exactly what I needed to get everything sorted. An affordable solution that easily fits letter sized papers AND folders (so if you already have papers in a folder or a something those will fit in here too).Honestly I would prefer to say F it & just chuck it all - but I had a bad experience with my health insurance last year that would've cost me $2K had i not kept my medical bills, so I resist the urge to throw all of my potentially important papers away.I can't speak to the actual drawer set these go with since I don't have that - but if you're just looking for a way to sort paperwork out - these are an affordable option to help with that.

I wish this product had better reviews because it does deserve some accolades. Are the drawers made of cardboard? Yes. Will they last ten years? Probably not. But for the price point and functionality (when paired with the drawer cubby) it is a cost-effective storage solution for papers, tissue paper, felt and other "flat" office or craft supplies. The colors are a richer in person than the picture shows (a plus in my book) but I plan on painting or covering mine to compliment the color scheme of my craft closet. The cardboard is sturdy and the included directions and ease of assembly make these a very quick project! Right now, I'm storing felt (the pre-cut pieces you find at stores) and even some folded larger felt pieces, and tissue paper. The drawers are deeper than I expected but true to the measurements listed online. I might not recommend these for very small children just because they tend to be a bit rough (in my experience) when it comes to using drawers in general but older elementary children and up, and especially adults like me who buy these for a craft room or office organization, they'll hold up well and for a long time I think. The color of each drawer is all around the outside perimeter of the box, the bottom and on the inside sides (if that makes sense) and the brown cardboard color is only on the interior bottom. This will not hold 12x12 scrapbook paper but I knew that to begin with and that wasn't a big deal for me. I like everything about these drawers including the fact that they are cardboard because that means I can spice them up with pretty papers or paint and the slim design is nice too! I would HIGHLY recommend these paired with the drawer cubby from the same company as a more cost effective, customizable (if you're crafty) alternative to an organizational world filled with plastic bins.

I say almost all teachers because I'm sure some would prefer these to be different. For everyone else, these are a simple, sturdy cardboard material that folds and unfolds very easily. Great for storing papers and collecting assignment.Definitely not the highest quality material for this type of product, and they may not last more than one or two school years. But for this price, you could afford to buy a new set once a year.So if you're one of those teachers that needs your classroom supplies to last forever, go with plastic or metal. If you're just looking for something inexpensive for storage, get these!
