Rechargeable batteries is a plus, cats played with it for a while. Doses not run on carpet. Wheels get gummed up with cat hair and fluff. W orked be st when I placed a small box over the mouse and the box moved around.

Our three-year-old cats quite enjoy this, but it's not amazing. They tend to follow it round with a look of interest, giving the occasional prod, rather than going on a full-on chase. Clearly they don't find it 100% convincing.It does seem robust, and once charged (via USB-C), a charge lasts a very long time.

The Chinese manufacturer claims there are 3 settings: 1. Movement but no squeaking 2. Movement and sqeaking and 3. Movement and squeaking as a default. The 3 settings on the mouse I received are 1. Movement and no squeaking 2. Movement and no squeaking (same as 1.) and 3. No movement and no squeaking, so two of the settings don't work. Further, the mouse only runs for a few minutes before it needs charging, so the cat loses interest quickly. It takes a long time to charge. The mouse runs backward at times, I have never seen a real mouse do that. The product is rubbish, a waste of money. I'm donating mine to the Blue Cross. UPDATE: The sellers contacted and offered a full refund, which I accepted. The product is no good, but the sellers have acted fairly and honestly.

Oh how we laughed so much, when our cat chased this mouse around the house for hours on end till she was exhausted and had to have a little nap to recover from her extensive exercise session.Well ok, maybe it wasn't quite like that, she is 13 after all and has learnt the tricks of the trade, which is to just lie on the floor and wait for the mouse to come to her, so she can just tap it with her paw and send it on its way until it comes back to her for more, now that is truly a clever cat, or shall I say, a clever FAT cat.But that said I can really see this mouse being a great toy for the younger and more adventurous cat.It has a reachable battery and ours, or shall I say our cats mouse came charged so was ready to run circles around her right out of the box and also comes with the required USB C charging cable.The charging port is on the underside as is the on/off switch and most importantly, the function button, now this is where the fun starts.The functions, well when first turned on it moves around the floor, back and forth and in all directions, then press the function button and mouse does all the same moves but squeaks as well.The tail also rotates which is a great addition, plus we found this mouse ran well on both laminate flooring (obviously), carpet, though not the thick pile type and it even ran around on our patio, though it did get stuck a couple of times in the deeper joins between the slabs.It also has cute gold ears, that are a little out of position from each other but we think this adds character, to our Sid the mouse.

My kitten loved this toy when we first bought it. It is USB rechargeable and you have options for movement and sounds.After about 5 weeks we starting having issues and it worked sporadically...after another week it died. An expensive toy for the kitty, only due to the fact that after it stopped working he never plays with it anymore. I would NOT suggest this item if you are looking for a longtime play toy for your cat.

C’est dommage parce que le chat la trouvais fantastique mais elle dure 20 min maximum avec une charge et au bout d’un mois, elle ne fonctionne plus du tout.Ne vaut pas les 20$ du tout.Le seul point positif est que l’extérieur de la souris est quand même robuste

This cat toy is the cutest! My cat is older and does not care to play, but she loves making her mouse go by touching its tail. This toy moves back and forth, and around and about. You can recharge it when the battery gets low. A cord comes with it. The mouse is quite sturdy so it would not break by a pet hitting it. I found this was a good buy.
