Worked perfectly for swollen OEM lug nuts on Ford Fusion. Was a bit confused how it connected to the 1/2 drive when originally looking at but it’s inside between the 18.5mm and 19.5mm.

This review covers all sizes of this plus .5mm tire sockets If you have chrome capped lug nuts, especially if a Ford or GM vehicle in areas where they use road salt BUY THIS TOOL NOW in the size you need. Eventually your lug nuts are going to swell, your lug wrench won't fit nor will any socket in your tool box. These +.5mm are a godsend especially if you work on this stuff daily.

It's a basic, solid socket. No concerns about its strength. However it did not fit the swollen lugs nuts in my case, and was of no use.

Worked great to remove a lug nut with a "swollen cap" on a Ford Escape. Had to hammer it on to the lug nut, and then use a screwdriver to pop it out after removing it. There's a good chance this will just sit in my toolbox for the next several years but it was cheaper than taking it to the shop.

If you have a jeep or ford you need this. The cap on the lug nuts either swell(19.5mm) now or the cap comes off(18.5mm).Yep, a .5mm difference means the lug stays on or you can take it off

Great tool, made getting my stolen lug nuts off my Ford Escape an ice of cake. Much more affordable than others but looks very sturdy and strong. I used a breaker bar not an impact wrench but it looked strong enough for the former. Highly recommended
