While the item looked and felt pretty good. Ot was a tad bit small for my dog. My fault for ordering wrong size. I have a Pomeranian (small side).

Size Medium are only 24.5" long when fully stretched and there isn't enough overlap to close and secure them around the dog who has a waistline larger than 21". If you pull them too tight, the pressure on the bladder will only make incontinence worse. Subtract 3" from the max waistline that the promotional and packaging material says. Other than that, they work well and trap moisture very well.

My boy is at his ideal weight, old and dribbles. Bought some wraps locally from ‘pet supplies’ before these arrived because my floors and a dog bed were getting destroyed - they were too small for him and leaked (even though they indicated for large breeds). PET SOFT brand is far superior. The pad part of PET SOFT brand is 1.5” longer and 0.5” wider (than the other) and it has a single wide hook and loop closure - my dog doesn’t have to endure me fiddling with two straps and making sure he is tucked in. If you have a larger dog go for these pads designed specifically for large breeds.

My friend used pet soft dog diapers for his male dog, and they were really helpful for managing his urinary incontinence, especially as he got older. They provided peace of mind and helped keep things clean around the house. However, we did notice that he seemed a bit uncomfortable wearing them initially, so it took some patience and adjustments to make him more comfortable with them. Overall, they were a good solution for us.

I bought these for my elderly dog. He is 19” fit around body from behind legs. These are very roomy but can pull snug. Very absorbent and soft. Overall a good product.

I have a small 4 lb chihuahua. I was happy to be able to put the diaper very snug as I was scared it would leak. It doesn't. However, it did leak one time, but it was because I did not put it snug enough for him. All-in-all, I will buy it again, even though it is a bit costly. I do not use it often. It is more when I bring him to visit some other dogs, so that my chihuahua does not mark his territory everywhere. I am very satisfied.
