Who doesn’t love this hose. It’s wonderful shrinks up so it’s not so cumbersome to use and it stretches out to whatever feet you buy. I got the 25 feet which is awesome. The nozzle has all kinds of settings. It’s feels strong and sturdy really like this product. Great value for the money!

I’d like to give 4.5 stars with the .5 knock down due to the breakage of the rubber cover at the top of the hose not long after receiving. I thought about returning but I don’t believe it impacts the use of the hose.I’ve seen reviews saying the hose isn’t 25ft however I discovered that you want to leave the hose release in closed position and allow the hose to fully fill. It extends full length. It will shrink once you release the water but I’m still at 25ft in distance just the hose tightens up upon water release. If needed I shut off the hose to move around and it loosens and extends further again. I’m very happy with the hose. It is so lightweight and small when emptied that it is super easy to store. The spray nozzle is great! Good settings, well made. The connector to the spigot is very easy to thread. Reminder that you should not leave it in the sun after use.

I got my hose the sprayer looks cheap also after reading all instructions I seen that every time you use this you shouldn’t leave it outside in the sun like a regular hose so now every-time I have to disconnect this and put it in my garage.If I would have know this I would have never paid such a high price for this there are times I just leave my garden hose out in the sun because I have my sprinkler connected to it,if you ask me this was a waste of money.

After a short time of use this product sprang a leak along the body of the hose. It was housed safely as to avoid damage.My advice to all > Do Not buy this product, It's a waste of money. To return for refund, I would have to deal directly with the distributor who is in Puerto Rico, and goes my the company name "Bulbhead".ds So my purchase price of $65.94 is lost. Buyer beware!!I buy a lot of items through Amazon, but never realized the variety of Returns Policies that one must deal with.

It only lasted 1 season. I bought the 100 ft hose and this morning I woke up to a huge puddle in my backyard. The hose just exploded. It was stored inside my home for the winter, so there was no reason for this to happen. Never will buy another one.

I wrote the review below, then reached out to the company…and they immediately sent me a new one! Great customer service! I changed my 1 star to 5!I had high hopes for this hose. I made sure to buy the genuine pocket hose. Bought it 3 1/2 months ago and the plastic grips on both ends are broken. And it has sprung a leak about 3 feet from the nozzle. Waste of money!
