Your cart is empty.Hanger bolts are double ended fasteners with a wood screw on one end and a machine screw on the other. A hole needs to be pre-drilled for the wood screw side. They are perfect for knockdown furniture as the machine screw end accepts a standard nut that be easily removed. Furniture with two sided wood screws cannot be disassembled and reassembled without stripping out the hole. Hanger bolts are commonly used in the assembly of bed frames or to attach table legs.

could not find these for a decent price so looked in woodworking.low and behold there they were. they are not an exact fit for 93 k3500 rear fenders and need some mods. mostly shorten up a little bit EZ pz for the bag 5?10? dont remember. for the price of one oem .

Hanger Bolts are incredibly handy for furniture use. In my case I have some surface mounted theater chairs I was able to rescue from a local movie theater that upgraded to recliners. I built a simple platform out of 2x6s much like one would frame a wall in a house. Then I covered that in a sheet of MDF, and sunk the wood screw side of these hanger bolts into holes I marked using the feet of my chairs. Now, I can take the chairs on and off the platform and screw them in with simple wing nuts. Like I said, handy hardware, at a good price.
