1.How to prevent camera from getting foggy or blurry?
ProDENT camera PD740 is NOT water proof. Always use protective sheathes when use. Never wipe the lens part with liquid and pressure. Wipe with dry Q-tip. Foggy or Blurry image after use is not under manufacturer responsibility.
2 Why camera got foggy or blurry?
Liquid get in the camera and caused foggy problem. Try to aviod these actions Normal use without Protective cover, Direct touch with finger or gloves,Wipe with liquid when do infection control
3 How to solve when camera get blurry or foggy?

Using Prodent intra oral cameras in my dental office. Works very well. Picture quality very good.Tech support is excellent and very professional!Recommend to any dentist looking for a good Intra oral camera.

I have purchased TWO Cameras from this company and within 3mos I was having issues with both. They would remote in to my computer, fart around with the settings a bit and then think they resolved my issue. Which it did, for about a week, then it would go back to the same problem. I would get a pink hue at times, or it would be extremely blurry, no matter how close you were to the object you were photographing. The capture button never worked properly which they tried to blame on us.We are very careful about using sleeves and how we clean, but in this one instance we blew air on the lens to see if that would clear up an obstruction. Of course it didn't, it just introduced moisture spots. So this gave the Company an opportunity to blame us for the failure of the camera, despite me telling them MANY TIMES, while the guy was on the phone even, that the camera wasn't working well before we tried our own fix.Conclusion, they have washed their hands of helping me. Basically told me the fails are our fault, and they have refused to honor any sort of warranty or replacement. Do yourself a favor and buy from a respected dental supply company b/c trying to save yourself money by going through Amazon sellers will get you nowhere & you'll have a paperweight after 3months.

Getting the Software installed was a bit of a hassle as we had been provided with the Registration key so had to go with online support. But now that we have it up and running we are finding very easy to use and the picture quality it great.

I bought one for my own use. Easy to install, plug in to use. But the picture is not "1280x1024, Super wide" at all. I captured 1 minute video, but it can't be opened. Contacted them, and was told the software (it come with the product) is not recommended to use. They want to connect my computer. I declined. I just use the camera, it meets my need. And 720 is adequate for me.

Belle qualité d'image et d'éclairage. Mais notice et ergonomie logicielle laissant à désirer. On aurait souhaité une inversion gauche droite pour agir sur le tartre sans être perturbé par l'effet miroir.

I bought this intro oral camera online after reading the reviews. I just thought that it's like $200 risk I am taking but if it works good, I would be saving hundreds of dollars compared to the name-brand intra oral cameras.Pros: The camera works great. The resolutions is surprisingly good. Very easy to use.Cons: Doesn't work directly with Eaglesoft because it doesn't support TWAIN. You have to use their software to take images and then import them into Eaglesoft. Also suddenly the software stopped working on multiple computers, but when I repaired the installation, it started working again. It kind of scared me at first thinking that camera is gone bad.
