These are great I’m actually wearing one right now. I am finding it harder to find the screw rings so when I saw these I snatched them up. They are exactly as shown in the picture inly nose sized. The crystals are small do not gaudy which is what I wanted.They are made with hypoallergenic surgical steel. I haven’t had any issues with mine and I have been wearing it for approximately 1 month now. No skin issues.These are a great price.

These piercings look great and I'm really happy with them. I did give one to a friend though that had a nickel sensitivity and she couldn't use it.
