My daughter wore these on a weekend trip to a water park and they are already fraying at the toes. Would not recommend.

These are very lightweight water shoes with an excellent rubber grip. The velcro strap gives them a little more flexibility in sizing that some water shoes, while also helping them stay on as best as possible! I would say the fit is a little bit oversized, which is okay because once they get wet they stick better to the foot anyways. The one drawback of these in comparison to a certain holed clog style brand of shoe is that the mesh is thin, so if using them in a lake/ocean where there could be sharp rocks or pokey sticks could still injure feet through the mesh. If using in a pool/water park or sandy beach, they would be just fine :)

My 8 year old son usually wears a size 3 running shoe with socks, so I thought I was safe to assume the size 3 watershoe would fit well with some extra space... but they were too small.Besides the size, they were a good quality material (soles were very grippy) and colours were as advertised (navy with orange accent).Returning them for a size bigger.My son can't wait to try the correct size as he's excited to wear them in Mexico in a couple weeks!

My son enjoy playing at the beach but the challenge is that there are lots of rocks under the water that made it extremely slippery. I had always worried that he would slip or get injured by any sharp items at the sea bed. This is the reason of ordering the water shoes. When I showed him these shoes on Amazon, he already liked the colour choices and he picked his favourite blue and orange. When the shoes arrived, he immediately tried them on, they fitted perfectly and were very comfortable. Even though it's not beach season yet, my son had already wore them at the swimming pool (for his swimming class) , he said the shoes had high friction and provided good grip on wet floor so he liked them a lot. So this pair of shoes got five stars from my son and he is looking forward to wear them at the beach !

Nothing fancy, but great for when kiddos will be walking all over sharp rocks in the water. These fit well and are accurate to size.
