This is beautiful. Right out of the box, it wasn't tangled, which I thought was a huge bonus. It is put together well, was easy to hang, and came with all of the necessary parts. The lights were a little challenging to figure out placement for, and I do wish the string lights were a bit longer, but it turned out really nicely for my daughter's room, and she loves it. The curtain is very long, and there is only one opening. I ended up tucking most of it behind the bed and there's about 3 extra feet even after that. So if you have high ceilings (mine are 8') this should still work!

I purchased this canopy for my 7 year old’s room to make a reading nook. I purchased a rug for the bottom, with fancy pillows all around and placed the canopy over top. It turned out very cute!Highly recommend!

As others commented, the lights are heavy and bulky. The structure is light and it shifts. I hanged a few things in the back to balance it out but it is still very crooked. The canopy is basic, the material is cheap and not glamorous whatsoever. I bought another canopy and the material was shinny and of good quality, this is not. Cheap veil.Takes a while to put the lights on. Make sure you think of a design before starting it. It took 2 people to do a decent job and quite a few hours. The pins are good, but get stuck in the sheer fabric.BOTTOM LINE: My girl is happy and that is what matters. The lights are good, pretty and they dim.It's perfect for a decent princess room on a budget.

There were a lot more lights then I was expecting, it was a bit hard to install without a pattern to follow. Came with lots of safety pin clips. The lights are heavy weighing it down. Over all happy with the product

The hoop and loop are white so they stick out like a sore thumb, taking away from the black.
