Après avoir passé 2 heures à essayer d'installer la nouvelle installation du bain, lorsque tout était fait, j'ai fais un test et l'eau coule toujours de la douchette même en position fermée. Impossible de mettre seulement l'eau du bain, l'eau coule de la douchette sans arrêt.Épargnez vous beaucoup de problèmes, n'achetez pas ce produit

Already leaking from sprayer attachment. Past return date so guess I am stuck with it. Looks nice and tap and handle so far work well. But sprayer leaks so 2 stars.

This set was exactly what I wanted but I was disappointed that the handheld profile didn’t match the base it sits in. Customer service was excellent and offered a solution that should work. Much appreciated!

RBROHANT, you have a great product. Please:1) Improve the H (hot) and C (cold) stampings on the handle2) ADD a new step into the instructions to install the seal (o-ring) onto the wandThe product is solid. I am satisfied with that, except the H and C stamped marking on the underside of the handle are poor (WAY TOO faint to see...should be stamped better)!The INSTRUCTIONS are VERY bare-bones, leaving a LOT to the imagination!The complete instructions are a 2-sided, 8.5" X 11" sheet with a few phrases describing what to do. MUCH more detail is required. Also, there is a step missing altogether! A seal (o-ring) needs to be added to the wand. Since there was no step, I didn't do that, and ended up with a slow drip. As a result, I had to call a plumber and $150 later, it was fixed. He mentioned the missing seal...I would have liked to have known that in the instructions!RBROHANT, an installation video would be helpful. If one exists, it wasn't mentioned on the instructions and didn't come up on a simple web search...I hope this feedback will turn into action, and improvements!Thank you for your time, and consideration.Sincerely,Curtis
