I haven't had a chance to install a new seal with this tool yet, but I can say that it is really solid metal. The walls are thick and the entire tool is pretty heavy.The threads are deep and coarse so I don't expect any stripping.I have a decent amount of experience working on cars and I'd be very surprised if this tool broke easily.However, as far as it's effectiveness goes, I can't comment on that yet. But I'll update this review if I find that it doesn't work or breaks.The gloves that come with it are pretty thin but the grip pattern is ok. The backside is mesh to help keep your hands from sweating.

The tool seems to be built well, especially at this price point. I don't foresee any issues with stripping of threads (I also used some anti-seize on the threads to reduce wear)I still recommend measuring depth and seeing where the tool lines up with your old seal before installing a new one.

It says for Dana 60. I used in on one and ruined my seal. Pushed it past it seat and damaged it. One side is smaller than the bore on the differential causing to go past its seat.
