I feel like this is a little bit thin looking, but considering it's only meant for use with very light action cameras, I think it's just fine; its also often better that the lanyard break before it breaks your wrist.I've been using this with a Smallrig case and my DJI Action 5, and it's been great for keeping it handy.

This simple wrist-worn device protects my SLR costing hundreds of dollars. It is inexpensive and secures your camera in instances where dropping your expensive tool can ruin your day. This is worth every penny. The 1/4" screw attaches to most devices with a thumbscrew. Simple. Valuable. I like this. 5 stars.

I like that the mounting d-ring screw is 1/4-inch threaded which fits onto to most of my handheld camera gear; I believe the install is easy and straightforward. I was able to fit this lanyard onto one my mini tripods I use outdoors. For me, the length is appropriate and I appreciate that it's not too long; I was able to fit my hand through the loop comfortably and the strap felt fine. Construction wise, I did not see any physical damage nor imperfections with the finishes.Overall, I believe adding on this strap to gear gives a me little extra security while filming outdoors and piece of mind against accidental drops.

1/4-20 means it's compatible with pretty much everything I have. My Canon, my Ricoh (as pictured) and even my Insta360. I can't see myself using it with the Canon RP, it would be silly to attach a wrist strap to the bottom of it, and my Ricoh has a wrist strap already. but It would do well with my Insta360, and is a nice little accessory to throw into the camera bag in case I need it.The D ring and the screw feel like they are a quality material, and the wrist strap itself is the flat lace style and is pretty comfortable. They opening isn't too big or small for me either.
