Easy to assemble, durable, easy to adjust. This is great for both volleyball and tennis practicing and has held up very well!

This was easy to assemble. I like the bright color. I wanted something to hit tennis balls against for exercise. When I was a kid I used the brick wall of the elementary school. As a retired adult, I wanted to get back at it. I definitely need practice, but it returns the ball pretty good in the totally upright position. Running to get the balls that miss the target is exercise too! I love it!

The net broken after it is assembled, can you send me a healthy new net? It seems that there is no feedback after the product delivered, can I have any support service?

My wife bough this for me at Christmas. The box was in bad shape and when I opened it up, it was obvious it had been assembled before. Hardware was all over the bottom of the box, there were no instructions and the net was a jumbled mess with all the elastic bands attached. I returned it and got a new unopened box in return and assembled it.This is a well made product. The frame assembly is not hard. Attaching the net to the frames takes a lot of time though. The fold mechanism is a good design and works well. Our problem is we wanted to use it for pickle ball practice and it is really for Tennis. The pickle ball is too light (a whiffle ball) to get a decent rebound as a hard surface like a wall works better than this product.

Product looks good, not too hard to assemble. Only issue with it is the loop (holes in the net) is too big. It causes the ball to bounce off too inconsistently (in particular top-spins or slices). If the holes are finer like a trampoline, then will be better.Bounce off the net is too big, meaning if you hit hard at the net, be prepared to have the ball bounce half a mile distance (exaggeration, but it bounces too much). The bounce back is even harder than a back board.

One of the problems that I have encountered in learning tennis is that people only want to play tennis with people who know how to play tennis. It is hard to learn tennis without playing tennis. The Rukket Tennis Practice Rebounder helps you practice tennis by sending to you random balls to return. It works. There is one problem with the Rebounder Net that you might want to know – its size. I own a Chevrolet S10 Pickup Truck. The Rebounder Net assembled takes up the entire bed of the truck. For me, it is easy to transport the assembled net to the tennis court. If you own a small car, like a Volkswagen Bug, then you will have trouble transporting the assembled Rebounder Net to the tennis court. You can easily disassemble it and assemble it at the tennis court. Assembling it will take about 15 minutes of your time. The first time required one hour of my time. Once I did it the first time and marked the poles, it takes about 15 minutes to assemble.
