Ends not pipe threaded. Shallow 4 threads deep. Does not fully thread into a standard shower arm. they supply a rubber gasket instead.

I received my pipe extension quite quickly and was pleased with the quality of the pipe. I did have an issue with a slight discoloration of one of the ends though. I was thinking of contacting Amazon but before I could I received an Email from the supplier asking me how things are. I explained and they offered me a small refund. After a few back and forth emails I was extremely satisfied with their correspondence and final discount offered. They are very quick to respond and very kind and polite.
