This spray gun is made of lightweight plastic and I suspect once it is dropped on the cement it will break. The spray selection is ok but the actual stream of water the nozzle sprays out is erratic and not effective. Spend more money on a better made spray gun.

I bought the Stanley nozzle as well as the hose. Like the hose. The nozzle broke first time I used it. It didn’t feel cheap but with everything made of plastic the housing ring broke inside when I let it drop to the ground after spraying. Now when you squeeze the lever, no matter what setting it’s on water sprays out the side of the nozzle from a seam that’s let go.Not impressed by the quality.

Seemed like a good unit (well made) out of the package. Was disappointed when I started using because some of the patterns seem a bit useless, plus on a straight stream where you expect a good solid stream of water instead the stream is a quite small. Replaced it with a $5 nozzle from WM that works better.

We were also very gentle, not dropping it to the ground, etc. It separated at the round head/ body part. Also, the yellow ring at the rounded head separated even earlier on, but it was still usable at that point. Now it's completely unusable as the insides were just plastic and they broke apart from one another. Terrible waste at less than a month. .

It will wear out with time, but it lasts longer than most and is very sturdy. I’m on my second set and love them.

I brought this on July 7th as my pervious one broke(it was 7 or 8 years old). The new one is a Stanley product. After just a little over a month it has broken. I would never recommend this product to anyone. Very disappointing and because over 30 day I can’t return it.

I have bought too many spray nozzles under $10 and every one of them has failed to perform consistently, or simply fallen apart due to bad design or poor materials & crafting.There are a few nozzles similar to this Stanley BDS6705, but I find this one to be extremely sound & reliable, & mating it with the Stanley FatMax Garden Hose is the best decision I've made for my yard & garden since deciding to use an electric mower.
