This is a basic vertical mount and pole adapter for the Gen 3 Starlink dish. The pole mount fits securely into the dish and the the vertical pole is secure in that mount.Mounting the base to the roof was simple and easy. I prefer using a flashing kit of some kind to prevent any positive water ingress, but this works just as well if appropriate sealant is applied.With the base in the rooftop I installed the vertical pole which was simple to align and tighten in a vertical position. It then installed the pole mount in the bottom of my Gen3 dish and carried it up and put it on the vertical pole. Before tightening it is easy to rotate the dish to align it. I had plugged the cable to the dish into the Starlink modem box before taking it up to the roof so it would be able to give feedback through the app on orientation. Rotating is all you need to do with a Gen 3 dishes, but there are now enough satellites to have a great connection in any orientation. Always rotate it before tightening it in place for optimal signal.After I confirmed it was up and running I am happy to report it is working perfectly!
