Works great for my sump pump. I had to replace my sump pump with one that was a different height than old one. So I took the occasion to replumb the inside pipes from the questionable way that the house builder routed it but couldn’t find the size that fit locally. I have a 10 foot up pipe and knew that it needed a check valve. This works great and no problems with installation.

Does not hold back water from draining out of a 6 foot stand pipe. Don't waste your money.

It does the job as a valve, and at this price point it represents good value.It was easy to install and looks to be fair to good quality, however, if you are looking for a quiet valve, this is not the valve to buy.
