These turning tools are cheaply made. The angles that they are ground at is not perfect, especially the small 60 degrees one. This last one was literally unusable.

At about $8 for the set of five (which is the price at the time of me writing this), can you really expect good quality?..The carbide tips are inconsistently ground, and the paint on the shanks is non-uniform, showing some rusted areas. The edge does not cut mild steel very well.The cutters weren't even wrapped in paper individually, they were banging around against each other in a plastic bag.
