They're designed for use with both friction ring anvils and detent pin anvils. Our two-piece bit socket design allows us to optimize the steel alloys, heat treatments, and forming processes for the bit and socket separately. This results in a tool that's higher performing and more durable than traditional 1-piece impact bit sockets.

I use this bit only 10 times a day to loosen and impact tighten 100lbs and one has lasted me a month and counting. Great value for the price!
