Before beginning your project, please check wall surface type. Tiles work best on clean, flat and non-porous surfaces. Clean the surface with a degreaser such as TSP, wipe clean with a dry cloth and then make sure that surface is completely dry before applying tiles
Tic Tac Tiles are designed to have edges that give customers flexibility to install the tiles from either side. Depending on where you want to install first Tic Tac Tiles, first cut one side straight by cutting excess pieces.
Carefully peel the top first two inches of the tile backing without touching the adhesive. Slowly, align the tiles along the pre-drawn guideline and when overlapping only overlap on the grout lines, not on the tiles. On the last tile use the pieces you cut to start the first tile and fill in empty space on right edge of last tile.
Tic Tac Tiles are designed for application on smooth, non-porous, and non-crumbling wall surfaces.
- DO NOT APPLY on uneven, textured surfaces, greasy, oily, brick, stone, porous wood, or gypsum walls directly.
- Prepare latex, glass wall, laminated, or painted surfaces by lightly sanding then clean surface with a strong grease remover like Tri-sodium Phosphate (TSP). Make sure the surface is completely dry at least 24 hours before installation.
- If walls and tiles are cold, the tiles will not stick well. During the winter, the wall temperature is usually lower than room temperature so make sure that your walls are warm.
- Stove: Tic Tac Tiles can be installed on a surface where the temperature does not exceed 49 C (120 F). They are resistant to the heat of a stove. However, if you have a gas range without a back panel or metal plate, you must adhere to a 20 cm (8 inch) safety zone above the surface of the stove to avoid direct exposure to an open flame. Do not apply the tiles in the safety zone.
- Images may appear different from actual product due to lighting
- Removal: Use a heat gun or a blow dryer to warm up each tile sheet to soften the adhesive. After that, apply concentrated heat starting with the corner and pull it slowly and gently. Please take your time doing this step as some wall surfaces may be more delicate than others. Then, use a cleaning product to wash the wall and remove any excess glue left behind.

Ich habe damit eine Seite meiner ikea kommode (zwei Schränke übereinander, die Seite war nicht schön, dass hat mich gestört) abgerundet. Bin mir den Ergebnis sehr zufrieden und es war auch wirklich keine Hexerei!

These will look good but it turns out walls aren’t as straight as you think and there is a lot of faffing involved. I have hd to patchup here and there and glad i chose this design as some i imagine wouldnt be as forgiving. Plus im only doing a small area and have used 4 bog boxes so not a cheap option. I’m rubbish with maths and anything technical and i think someone with a more technical brain would be better than me at this.

In the title and description of this product it is stated that these adhesive tiles are removable. That is evidently untrue as they have taken a layer of paint off. I am frustrated and upset with this as I now have to repair the wall and repaint. Even in returning this product, I will need to spend much more time and money to fix this terrible eyesore.I do not recommend this product whatsoever to be honest. Before even applying it to the wall, I wasn't completely happy with the colors or shine of the tiles but seeing as they said "removable" I didn't see the harm in giving them a go.I followed all the steps properly, even reading through the instructions multiple times before beginning. I expect a full refund for this product.

I got this for my RV as it was light and seemed easy to install. My one concern was would it stick to my newly primed RV wall.So far very good, and it was not that hard to cut and install on rather small areas.Now I might look at the same in a different style for the bathroom.

I am absolutely thrilled with the new look of our kitchen. These tiles are beautiful and were relatively easy to install (planning, measuring, and cutting took some time). We measured the space prior to starting this project based on the 10" × 10" measurements in the description. We thought we would have a few left over tiles. Unfortunately, the tiles were not true to size and messured just over 9" × 9". Also the tiles have to overlap which resulted in us having to order another pack to finish our project.

This product turned out to look much better then I expected. My picture doesn’t do it justice if you saw it in person. It was unbelievably fast delivery. I ordered on a Sunday afternoon and received it Monday morning! It was easy to install but took longer then I had thought (but that could be because we were trying to be a little more careful).My only complaint is that the tiles aren’t a true 10 x 10 in size so I would have been short tiles had I not have worried about making mistakes and ordered an extra box. No mistakes made but the extra box needed and used.I would 100% recommend these tiles. Beautiful!

After reading all of the reviews about these peel and stick tiles, I decided to order some. I am so happy that I did. I received the tiles today, and I finished one wall same day. Made a template to cut tiles around light switches and plugs, I used scissors to cut the tile and marked them with a straight edge. They seem to be sticking quite well...But I guess time will tell. So much nicer then looking at a bare painted wall. The tiles look so real, and make the kitchen look finished and clean. Oh!!! and I did it all by myself. My Husband LOVES the way the kitchen looks.

I have a small kitchen, ordered three packs of these and ended up only doing one row all the way around, instead of following it all the way up to the cabinets as I'd originally planned. I did go all the way up to the cabinet's underside directly above the stove, which turned out to be a nice effect. I ruined one tile as part of my "learning process" and actually have several leftover.A couple things I learned, wish I'd known beforehand: On one side of these tiles there is a small strip of silver that comes off first, the part that you will "marry" with the previous tile on the wall. I struggled to get the adhesive backing off until I realized it was easier to remove it from the FRONT. Once that one row is gone, the rest is easy to remove.In my kitchen, I didn't realize until it was too late that the left hand countertop backsplash was just slightly higher than the main field of countertop and backsplash - so my first several tiles sit right on the edge of my countertop backsplash piece, but once I turned the first corner, all subsequent tiles have a slight gap between the bottom and the bottom of the counter, in order to keep them level! Aaaghh! In hindsight, had I noticed that, I would have accounted for it in the first tile on the left. Word to the wise - check the level of your pre-installed countertop backsplash FIRST.As other reviewers have said, if you have to reposition a tile you can....mostly...but the adhesive is serious business and it WILL pull paint off with it. I got better about the placement as I went but still ended up pulling up and repositioning a bit.I found these very easy to cut - scissors was all I needed, thought I'd also recommend having a speed square on hand - makes marking up the cuts simple.Overall, I"m immensely pleased. Not terribly expensive, not labor-intensive AT ALL. Just take it slow and pay attention to what you're doing. Oh, and have a big trashbag ready - the backings and little silver slivers create quite the mess!
