Easy to install:
You should first remove the parts of the foam outlet gasket that you do not need according to your socket. Simply remove the wall plate with a screwdriver, attach the electrical outlet insulation firmly to the switch and screw on the switch cover, easy for most people to install.
Thick enough to seal:
Wall plate insulation is designed to be thick enough to fill the seams inside the socket, effectively stopping the cold air from entering indoors and keeping the room warm in winter, as well as preventing the cold air from escaping in summer.

Two years ago we bought this house in the fall. We didn't realize that since it faces towards the southwest and SW are the prevailing winds in this area, that during cold winter days with sometimes 40-50 mph wind gusts, the cold air intrudes through all the electrical outlets on the SW wall of our living room, including a large set of light switches on the wall by the front door.Desperate for relief this winter, I did an internet search for a simple, economical solution. Found these wall insulation outlet sealers and the price was right. My partner installed them easily and was able to cut them to fit each outlet. No more cold drafts inside when the winter gales blow outside. Hooray!

The foam is as thick as it should be, and the template cut in the foam for you to punch out the shape was easy to understand. Stopped the draft coming through the electrical outlet completely. When you buy online and you can't touch or feel an item, you are always wary that it's going to be subpar. I am glad I choose well!
