Best buy sold me this unit saying it's 13500 btu and cools 700 square feet in reality it is 10000 btu and cools at most 300 square feet my room is maybe 200 square feet and it does not cool at all Do not (Buy)

The description says that the louvres oscillate. But they don’t. They are adjustable but they don’t move.The manual refers to an oscillating button that does not exist on the unit and not on the remote either.

Nice unit. Seems to cool about as well as the 10 year old 10K BTU window unit it replaced. Lucked out and managed to get it when it was on sale for $400 so definitely a good value. If anything, the exhaust hose could stand to be a little longer but I've got no real issues with it so far. If you want to change the temperature readout from Fahrenheit to Celsius, hold down the + and Mode buttons simultaneously on the remote while the unit is powered off. The manual neglects to tell you to use the remote to perform this function. Other than that, well packaged with minimal assembly. Had it installed and running 30 minutes out of the box.

I purchased this air conditioner and i cannot be more pleased, It came with everything required for a airtight seal. The unit does not need to be drained, i have had it running 24 hours a day for weeks now and have not had to drain it ones and thats with daily humidity outside between 70-90%.Unit has a app that allows you to enable cooling from anywhere, Also unit serves basically as a heat pump with the option to switch to heating in the winter and cold air is blow out the hose as opposed to heat being blown out the hose in summer.I would recommend!
