Ballport 80-Ball Basket is made of tough polypropylene. No wires to rust, welding to break or paint to peel. Handles rotate and lock up or down for easy pickup and dispensing. Ships in a small, 2 wide by 25 high box. Assembly is easy with panels locking into place and legs easily attached with provided screws. Rolling bars on the bottom help ease balls into the basket and hold hold them in. Sliding bars on the top slide open to make dispensing easy, and lock closed to hold balls during transport and storage. Handles lock into an upright position for ball collection, and in a downward position for ball dispensing with a patented locking feature.

This ball hopper is well made, durable, and very useful for retrieving tennis balls for practice and especially for serving. I highly recommend this unit as I have used it for at least a couple of years.

Very quick installation. Looks and feels durable. Rather light and easy to carry. I use this for Pickleball balls (holds approximately 55 balls).

The price point for this red model is very good. The construction is very different from other similar products on the market, but the price was so attractive that I gave it a try! It does not disappoint me at all. It is light, it picks up tennis balls easily. There are two metal rods at the top that I can move in order to prevent the balls from coming out during travelling or I can move them apart so that I can take the balls out.

I like the thing it's different than the other ball baskets. Easy to collect the balls, not too big. The metal handles are quite stiff and fit perfectly into toggles, so it's very firm when it's in practice ('standing') mode. A very good aid to your personal training.

Pros:+ Price - it doesn't get much better at this price point.+ Mobility - it's relatively light and easy to fit behind the passenger seat in my car.+ Functionality - when in the standing position, the hopper does exactly what it's supposed to with few hiccups. The height is great; I'm about 6ft, and don't have to bend over much to set up the next round of balls. The rods on top hold about 5 balls (if you leave an opening for efficiency), so it's simple to keep track of your serves.Cons:-Build Quality - for the price point, this is a given. the rods that cover the top of the box easily get jammed when moving them. The plastic (of the box) is hollow, so not that "thick" plastic you would get on a more expensive one.- "Windy conditions" - due to the size and lightweight of the hopper, in windy conditions, it will get blown over when there are less than 10-15 balls in it.

Its a classic product, strong enough to withstand normal wear and tear. I have used it for a few months now and my handling is kind of rough, but this ballport is still working as it should be. No breakage so far. Excellent value for its price.
