Some Tips for Customer:
- Make sure your TV has a built-in ATSC tuner; If NO, pls get a HDTV receiver/digital converter box (set top box) to work with it.
- Make sure this TV antenna is installed correctly (instructions included in the package) and the ANTENNA/CABLE IN port is in good condition.
- Make sure there are available broadcast signals in your area, and they are strong.
- Try to move around your house to choose where to place the antenna, and try installing the antenna on a wall/window or closer to the outside for better reception. After adjusting the antenna position, proceed to rescan for channels.

- Connect the antenna to the 'CABLE-ANT IN' on the back of any HDTV
- Place the antenna on a table, wall or window (strongly recommended)

Note Avoid Obstacles
- Channel reception will vary depending on what's being broadcast in your area, how far away you are from broadcast towers, and your surroundings (i.e. obstructions between you and the towers).
- Please keep the TV antenna away from large power-consuming devices, such as refrigerator, hair dryer, air conditioner, etc.
What Channels are Available in Your Area:
- dtv.gov/maps Finds out what DTV stations coverage in your area and the distance to the broadcast tower as well as the signal strength.
- AntennaWeb Discover how many FREE over-the-air channels are available from your local television broadcasters.
- TVFool Provides lists of available channels, coverage maps, and dynamic signal analysis maps for any location.
