Works fine and saved $65. Here is some info that may be useful to others who need it for a 2010 camry 2.5 (likely applicable to '07-'11 models). The sellers info is unclear/incomplete IMO. The radiator has two fans....passenger and driver sides. This item (based on part number and sellers ad) appears to be a direct replacement for the passenger side though not explicitly stated. The passenger side has the connector for harness configured in one direction and the drivers side in the opposite direction. Despite this item having the harness connection on the side appropriate to the passenger fan, since it comes with the harness extension, it will be OK with it mounted with the harness on the opposite side. The bottom line is that I was able to use it to replace the driver side fan motor and it works fine. The first 5 digits are the same on both model #s 16363-03100 (pass) 16363-0H010 driver. They are 12V each and appear identical except for connector location. I hope this helps.

fit my 1999 corolla driver side (USA left hand drive) fan motor. had to drain just enough coolant to disconnect top radiator hose. remove 5 bolts on shroud to remove entire shroud to get to motor. machine screw holes lined up on motor and electrical plug was the same. perfect fit.
