The product works very well, was actually very surprised, no chlorine smell or bad taste, it's getting 3 stars because top housing was broken, but upon closer inspection I realized it won't effect the sealed part of the canister.

My city water still tastes like chlorine after going though filter. The chlorine taste is reduced but still there. All parts and instructions were ok. Installation was easy and strait forward, no leaks.

Looks to be of good quality. Comes complete with everything needed but for my installation I only used the two provided hoses because the included plastic fittings didn’t match my connections. I wish manufacturers would go back to using threaded metal fittings instead of these plastic compression fittings. Uses inexpensive filters. Looking forward to clean water for my coffee. Note: Three way brass connector in pic.

I wanted to use this filter with a separate drinking water faucet so I needed to purchase an extra adapter / Splitter so that water going to the main Kitchen faucet wasn't filtered. So with the additional purchase of a small Drinking water faucet and the special adapter (shown in pictures) I was able to filter water going to the Drinking water faucet and the fridge but not the main faucet. So far it works great with excellent flow from the faucet. If you would like to just filter water to your main Kitchen faucet and fridge no additional parts are required.
