PLEASE BE CAREFUL IF USING THE REMOVAL TOOL ON SUBURBAN WATER HEATER, THE TOOL ISN'T GREAT QUALITY, SLIPPED OFF AND I CUT MY THUMB ON THE SHIELD.Heating element worked great on Suburban 12 gallon but I had to order a Camco heating element socket. The tool is good for the anode removal and reinstall.

Works like a heater element should work. I dont know if it heats it any faster but it works good.
