Will confirm this worked on my work laptop which is a Dell Latitude 5420. It supports charging and 2 Monitor hooked up with HDMI. Very pleased.. A Dell version would cost hundreds of dollars...

I would have purchased one of these a long time ago if I knew what it could do with Windows 11.I originally thought it was just a splitter, allowing you to connect to two external monitors, projecting the same screen on each. This would be great for some, but my laptop already had an HDMI (out only) port giving me two ports. But once I got this installed and went into the display settings, I found out you could hook up the Laptop Display and two monitors independently and cast different sections of the screen to different monitors.I had no idea such a simple and low-cost device could do that. I always thought you needed separate video cards for this sort of thing. You probably did at some point. Now I have my laptop screen with my monitor and my TV hooked up, and I didn't even need the HDMI port my laptop offers standard. Cool stuff!

You might get stuck with dual 4K30 (or less) instead. For example, my 10th gen Intel laptop with Thunderbolt 3 can't output more than dual 4K30 - this is not the adapter's fault. My more recent Lenovo laptop, on the other hand, had no issues.- Your targeted USB-C port does not support video over USB-C- You need the passthrough to deliver more than 100W of power.Bottom LineIt's a good dual port HDMI dock, and it has power passthrough, which is great for laptops that might only have one USB-C port. At the time of review, it's selling for $25 ($50 less 50% coupon), which is an excellent deal. At full price, not so much.

It did not work as expected. I returned this item. I am not sure whether the description is exactly correct. I wanted to split my laptop screen into three separate screens (extend) but it did not work.

I have a dual-monitor setup in my home office, but my Lenovo laptop only has one HDMI port.
