Its ok. Nice on the back but the gel part shifts with the cover. Gel feels nice at the start, but it does heat up to body temp fast and negates that cooling relief. Downside is if you have a short torso, this is ok if you are just laying on your back but when you're on the side the gel packs will dig into your rib cage and make it very uncomfortable. I ended up taking the cover off mine to use due to this. However, I then find it isn't as firm without the gel part and less support.

I love the removable cover for easy cleaning. I love the light weight to take it in the car and my reading chair for the extra support. Just being able to lay down with it and give my back a good stretch.

I found this lumbar cushion extremely helpful. I used to wake up daily with a very sore lower back. My back pain is pretty much gone after using this nightly. The gel pack is a great addition. I highly recommend this to help alleviate back pain.

This pillow is very comfortable when I am laying in bed. I’d like to put it under my legs to help support my back. It has made a great difference for pain relief. Quality is great And great value for your money

For some reason I always find mattresses don't support my lower spine very well and I wake up with back pain. Usually stuff a regular pillow under me but they're often too big. This pillow is thinner than I expected but is actually the perfect size. The cooling gel pad on it actually cools nicely - which is good since I get overheated easily when I sleep. The cover unzips off the pillow for cleaning.Overall for the price I was very pleased with the quality and so far I have seen an improvement for my back when waking up!

I am very impressed with this .I tried many products for my back pain and neck pain but this pillow is very good.I like to sleep on my side and back, but when i was sleeping on left side ,i had lots of pain in the back but with this pillow my pain started reducing and my sleep quality improved. The gel foam used in this pillow is very useful to keep my spine in right posture while sleeping.It has colour options and cover is removable and washable. It makes it so easy to keep the pillow clean .If you are dealing with back pain and also neck pain i definitely recommend it to anyone looking for an effective solution to improve their sleep and overall comfort.

The Vamorry Gel Lumbar Support Pillow has really helped with my back pain. After a medical procedure I had to sleep on my back which I typically don’t like and my lower back really hurt. Using this pillow helps keep my spine aligned so I don’t get the feeling of sinking into the mattress. The special cooling gel is really nice on warm nights and memory foam is very comfortable. I’ve been so impressed with it that I shared with another family member and she ended up purchasing as well. Great product and I would highly recommend to anyone with lower back problems whether you use it for sleeping or sitting in a chair for extended period of time.
