They came as described, the balls are a little flimsy but other plastic balls fit so that's a non issue. The acrylic dried out your lip if using for a labret but that's to be expected. Over all a good set for what it cost!

I got these for surgery and left two of them in afterwards as I was swollen and needed the extra length. The balls break in half very easily (taking a shirt off, putting a bikini top on) but I’ve got a bunch of spares cause it comes in a big multipack. Definitely worth the money
