We ordered this jacket size XXL and they sent a medium. We sent it back, got our refund, and was told to reorder. We reordered XXL again, and received a medium yet again. Repeated the process a third time and yet again recieced a medium. We double checked our order and in fact ordered an XXL, so somewhere in the company someone keeps messing up. I read other reviews and it looks like this is the norm for this company. We have since escalated the issue to Amazon Customer Service since we could not fina a way to contact the seller directly. CUSTOMERS BEWARE you may have a hassle with getting the right size. Also read other reviews, this looks like the norm for this company.As far as quality it is great and the color is beautiful.

The jacket is nice quality but this is the second time they send the wrong size. I’ve asked for a Small twice and they’ve sent me an XL twice already.

Got this jacket very last minute for my daughter before snowboarding. The style is good and warm, however, there are only 2 pockets(one of each side) for this jacket. No pass pocket and no chest phone pocket. My daughter had to put her pass and phone at one of each side pocket. It was not a big problem until She accidentally bend her pass card when fell down during snowboarding. This jacket is only good for cold weather not for snowboarding. I am getting her another new jacket for snowboarding with more pockets.

1 star for Amazon 5 stars for the jacket.I’ve ordered this same jacket through prime before you buy and a regular purchase and picked medium both times and every time I’m shipped a size small. If the medium isn’t available take the option away!
