Easy to install and provides very clean and tasty water. I think this is a better value than my previous under sink filter because it will last longer and be easier to replace. I like having clean filtered water right at the tap, no pitcher or other equipment needed.

Great item and easy to install. We have times when our water is so bad. We got this to filter the water before it goes to the filter in the fridge for ice maker and water. It worked - water and ice are double filtered and great. Recommend!

Easy to install. Had it out of the box and hooked up in 30 minutes. Best tasting water I’ve had in my apartment. It affects flow rate a little but nothing significant. Would buy again!!

Easy setup, the water tastes great, and good value for the cost. Takes up more space than I realized but we're working around it. No effect to the water pressure

UPDATE 2:I got a refund for the old unit and they sent me a new unit for free which is working so I'm happy. Good customer service.UPDATE:They contacted me and sent me a new unit (three stage filter and sediment filter) and refunded me the old one that didn't work. I have not tried the new unit because I need other fittings to arrive but since the original unit didn't end up costing me anything, I can say there is good customer support.ORIGINAL REVIEW:It works for like a month. Slowly the water pressure decreases until all you have left is drops coming out of the faucet. I complained and they sent me a new one. Same problem. I complained and they sent me another one. Same problem. They suggested a prefilter. I added that and same problem.This was supposed to last 2 years and it barely lasts months. Now I'm out of the return window and I can't even get my money back.

This seemed great at the start. But after only 2 months if light use the flow has slowed to a trickle. Our water isn't that bad to begin with, we are using it to remove mineral taste from it.It's become practically unusable.

My well water has always had a slight red tinge with occasional smell of iron. So I added this filter to clear up the cold drinking water. Worked from day one. No more red tinge, no more smell. I also just did a water test for bacteria. Results in today. 0 bacteria of any kind. Water tastes great and I know it's safe. Good value I'd say.

Nobody in our home liked the taste of the city water as the chlorine taste was very bad. The filter was easy to install and the taste is now awesome. The flow is a bit slower than it used to be, but not a big deal.

Depuis 2 ans et demi que j'avais des problèmes de santé, je n'arrivais pas à mettre le doigt sur le problème, jusqu'à ce que j'allume enfin et comprenne que c'était probablement l'eau du robinet qui me rendait malade, j'ai alors fait des recherches sur le sujet et je suis tombé sur ce filtre, j'ai acheté à l'aveuglette, mais je suis agréablement surpris des résultats, malgré le faible prix et l'encombrement réduit, ce filtre est très efficace et simple d'installation, adieu eau en bouteille et enfin la santé. Je recommande vivement.

***Update: customer service was wonderful. Their solution was to have me reverse the flow (switch input/output lines) and let the water fun for a few minutes. Afterwards I switched the lines back and had a really good flow rate… for two weeks. Then the flow decreased significantly again. Tried to reverse the flow once more without a significant change. Customer service reports that filter life may vary but cannot be guaranteed. I was offered a replacement filter and was refused a refund because (according to them) it’s the filter an not the unit itself. I really wanted to like this product, but a lifespan of 2-3 weeks is ridiculous. My Pur water filter lasts longer and tastes just as great. I was just hoping to eliminate the bulky pur filter from my kitchen faucet.**The good: Installation was easy and quick. Water tastes great!The bad: water output significantly decreased within 1 week of use.Emailed customer service and will hopefully hear back soon. Will update with any resolution.
