Looks like a beautiful cup, pattern just as pretty as it looks online. However, packaged in a thin cardboard box with the thinnest single sheet of bubble wrap around it. I don't know why I'm surprised. Of course, I could hear it was in pieces before I even opened it. Mostly I'm mad about the unnecessary waste created by lazy cheap packaging. Yes it can be replaced, but should not have to be.
