The battery powered mobile motor is perfect for use inside the house since it's quiet, small, and easy to operate. You can use it outside but find a well-protected area away from moisture.
It's best to use this small ornament rotating motor under a porch or eve of your house and bring it inside if the weather is bad. Protect it from rain outside by using a plastic bag to cover it, remove the flexible hook on the top, place the bag over, and reattach the hook.
When not using the rotating mirror ball motor for a long time, it is better to remove the battery from the hanging motor and store it properly.

My friend made me a disco butt- just like a disco ball but shaped like a butt. It weighed about 5 lbs and this spinner was the perfect thing to show it off. It rotated it easily and seamlessly. We had it going all night at a party and got tons of compliments for it.
