I truly love these shoes! While they are appropriate size, there isn't a right or a left! You basically choose which one you want to go on which foot and they conform to your feet! They're truly unique to YOU! They are very comfortable. I've worn these out and also to work and I've gotten so many compliments on them! The stitching is well done and the design is intricate and lovely. These are well made shoes and offer cushioning and comfort for extended wear. I wear an 8.5 and sized up to a 9 and they fit comfortably. Not so big that its bothersome, but still roomy, so if you're in between--def size up!

From reading reviews, some found these shoes too tight, but others were able to size down, so I took a risk and ordered the largest size offered, which was 10, even though I normally wear a 10.5. Sadly, they are too small, but not just a half size, more like a whole size too small. It seems as though I would need at least an 11 in this style. I'm so disappointed because these shoes are absolutely beautiful and unique, and I adore the embroidery. They look very well made, and the colors are vibrant. Truly gorgeous shoes that would make a fashion statement with any outfit. It's just a bummer I can't wear them as they don't make them any larger than size 10.

I have had this style shoe before, I find them very comfortable, versatile, and unique so I knew what I was getting BUT not everyone would so let me help.Firstly, there is no left or right shoes until you wear them for a day or so, which means there is a breaking in period. They will mold to your feet, reshape into a left and a right as well as to the shape of your foot, but they are not comfortable right out of the box. After you break them in, they are like slippers. There isn't any real arch support, although when they mold to your feet some of the innersole padding does work like very light arch support, but if you need it, these aren't the shoes for you and I don't think any innersoles will fit in them.You can't wear any type of sock without it showing, even no-shows, because of the way the sides are cut. I have put liners in mine before to make them a little softer and absorb sweat. These are lined with leather so I can only imagine they will get a bit slick with sweat, so they are going to get liners. Also, these shoes are handmade and look it. They are the kind of shoes you would get from a street vendor in an Asian country.This particular brand has some extra padding at the heel that should help with heel slippage. The labels weren't stuck in place when I got them, although there was some slightly sticky glue where they should have been. The embroidery was nice and while I'm wearing them with jeans now, they do look nice with casual skirts, too. If you go in knowing all of this and you're ready for it, this is a good price for this type of shoe.
